What we normally call white light is a mixture of all of the colors in the electromagnetic spectrum. These colors are usually abbreviated ROY G BIV. For this activity, we will look at an abbreviated spectrum of just RED, GREEN, nad BLUE light.
If we divide the rainbow into three regions, we cold call them the Reds, the Greens, and the Blues. (Remember that there are many Reds, Greens, and Blues, and many blends, but let's simplify for now!)
