=====Town Hall Debate=====

In groups of 4, create a set of power plants that produces at least a total of 40 Power. 

Have one network of power plants produce the LOWEST Environmental Impact while remaining with the budget of 300.

Have the other network of power plants be produce for the LOWEST cost while keeping the Environmental impact below 40.

Once this is complete, split your group of 4 into 2 groups of 2, and you will write a script defending your side. One pair, will be defending the network of power plants that produce the lowest cost, and the other group will be defending the network of power plants that produce the lowest environmental impact.

- Give accurate comparisons between the two plants INCLUDING the other factor. 
(If you're defending the lowest cost, compare your environmental impact with the others. How much higher is it and it this worth it for the money your saving?)

- Talk about **specific** benefits of saving money, or of limiting environment impact.


- Talk about **specific** problems associated with NOT saving money, or NOT reducing environmental impact.
